These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pinpoint Fitness mobile application, website, and digital services (“Platform”), operated by Pinpoint Fitness LLC.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The mobile apps and platforms do not support in-app purchases. Any future digital purchases, if introduced, will comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
